Q : Do you offer day or night janitorial service? Available 24/7? Emergency Service?
A : ACE Carpet Care & Janitorial will service clients around requested times no matter day or night. Emergency Service is not available on Sunday.
Q : Are your employees insured, bonded and trained ?
A : All employees are insured, licensed, and bonded. All employees have been properly trained in their respective field of cleaning. Our managers attend product and service seminars hosted by janitorial manufacturers and distributors in order to keep pace with the changes in technology in our evolving industry. ACE Carpet Care & Janitorial LLC has liability coverage up to as much as $2 million per occurrence as well as Worker's Compensation .

A : We have worked hard to build strong relationships with our clients and are proud to present references upon request.
Q : How do you provide estimates?
A : All estimates must be concluded after viewing the property to be cleaned. Carpet cleaning prices are subject to change depending on the amount of carpeting as well as different chemicals needed. Duct cleaning is based amount of return air/ registers.
